Print-first · level-correct required elements · Entry 3 · Level 1 · Level 2

How to use. One template per skill per level lane. Print the lane's copy — the required elements differ by level and are printed on the sheet: Entry 3 plans carry NO review point; Level 1 and Level 2 plans carry one on five of the six units — never on Communication (spec §17 — verified per unit). Communication is the exception twice over: no 10-hour window at any level (activity minima instead), and at Level 2 a pupil needs TWO plans over two DIFFERENT ways of communicating — print the L2 communication sheet twice. Plans that carry a 10-hour window log their hours on the plan-hours grid.
