What this is. The tracking grid for the five 10-hour plan-use windows (Decision making · Learning · Team working · Thinking/Critical thinking · Wellbeing — Communication has no window at any level; its activity minima are recorded on the witness sheet instead). One row per supervised session. The lane column is part of the record: a session can serve all three lanes at once; each pupil's grid still shows their own lane. Windows overlap (PEQ002 model) — one cook cycle can log against two open windows where both plans are genuinely in use (PEQ002's own durations overlap; the year map declares no co-delivered GLH).
