    Qualification safeguards

    How this tool is intended to be used

    • Use it alongside the current adviser toolkit, qualification specification and trained-adviser judgement.
    • Check the level before you start. A centre must be registered with Trinity, and the adviser must be trained at the level being claimed — Discover/Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold are separate trainings. A centre trained to Silver cannot sign off Gold.
    • Evidence status means “present and signposted”, not “qualification automatically passed”.
    • Official entry marks belong in Trinity’s current enrolment and marks spreadsheet.
    • If selected for moderation, complete the current official evidence locator form for each requested portfolio.
    • File-sharing-platform links are treated as moderation blockers in this studio; use an offline file, precise page/slide/timecode, or a relevant public page that needs no password.
