Coverage and gap view

Backups and management exports
A backup contains learner names, evidence metadata and attached files. Store it only in a school-approved secure location.
Full encrypted-location backup
The file itself is not encrypted. It is a complete local copy for storage in an approved encrypted drive or managed system.
CSV management reports
CSV files contain no attachments. Check names before sharing.
Shared app hand-offs
Compatible Made by Matt apps can queue small draft records. Importing never marks them achieved.
This device only. Hand-offs are stored in the browser storage of the device they were made on, so only drafts queued on this device appear here. A draft made on a pupil's device never reaches this list by itself — collect it on that device, or use a backup file.

Privacy boundary
- No cloud sync is built in.
- Feelings Check-in and Regulation Station data are deliberately not imported as evidence.
- Shared rosters are copied only after an explicit staff action.
- Backups are not encrypted by this app.
- Official awarding-body documents and portals remain authoritative.
