Let's get thinking
Tolerance doesn't mean agreeing with everyone. It means people can be different — different faiths, backgrounds, opinions — and still be equal. The skill is disagreeing well.

1. Mutual = both ways: I give it AND I'm owed it.
2. Respect in 20 seconds: hear someone out, hold a door, use a name kindly.
3. Disagree with the idea — never attack the person.
Tolerance is putting up with someone. Respect is not having to put up with them at all — aim for the second one.

2. You don't have to agree. You DO have to be fair.
3. Curious questions are respectful; mocking never is.
