Implementation and Risk Plan
Whole-school implementation companion · 2026/27
Recommended sequence
- Leader calibration: agree examples/non-examples of Audience, Influence and lean capture.
- Staff launch through artefacts: use one book loop, practical re-attempt, creative iteration and safe discursive revisit.
- Subject rehearsal: teams annotate their guide and identify hybrid episodes.
- Student language: teach “How can you respond?” and “What changed next?”
- Coaching phase: visits and sampling focus on one Lundy element at a time.
- Moderation: use existing work, digital evidence and accreditation—no parallel folders.
- Review: evaluate usefulness, workload, student understanding, progress and safeguarding.
Implementation risks and controls
| Risk | Control |
|---|---|
| R becomes a decorative mark | Require staff to explain Audience before R. |
| Quota creep | No additional tally; use approved QA cycles. |
| Photography becomes routine | Capture only evidence with existing curriculum/qualification/PfA value. |
| Families become subject labels | Assign dialect by learning episode. |
| Support is withdrawn to show independence | Judge successful access and learning; retain reasonable adjustments. |
| Discursive evidence captures private content | Use distancing and the disclosure firewall. |
