Implementation and Risk Plan

Whole-school implementation companion · 2026/27

Recommended sequence

  1. Leader calibration: agree examples/non-examples of Audience, Influence and lean capture.
  2. Staff launch through artefacts: use one book loop, practical re-attempt, creative iteration and safe discursive revisit.
  3. Subject rehearsal: teams annotate their guide and identify hybrid episodes.
  4. Student language: teach “How can you respond?” and “What changed next?”
  5. Coaching phase: visits and sampling focus on one Lundy element at a time.
  6. Moderation: use existing work, digital evidence and accreditation—no parallel folders.
  7. Review: evaluate usefulness, workload, student understanding, progress and safeguarding.
