I Do

The Model β€” Teamwork at Work

Key Idea: Take a clear role, do your part, and support the team.
Step 0 of 3

Take a clear role.

A team works when everyone knows their job and when to do it. Agreeing roles at the start stops gaps and clashes.

Do your part reliably.

The team depends on you doing what you agreed, on time. Reliability is the quiet skill that holds a team together.

Support and solve together.

Help a teammate who is behind, and when a problem arises, solve it as a team. A workplace values people who lift the whole group.

I Do

Proving It β€” The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: A role you held and a teammate you supported is real vocational evidence.
Step 0 of 3

Documentarian

photo your team at work and your role card.

Annotate

write β€˜I supported the team by ___’.

Witness

staff sign your teamwork.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

🀝 With support

Task: Take one team role card, do your part in a small group task, and help one teammate, with an adult.

Steps: One step at a time β€” adult support is right there. Photo it when you are proud of it.

πŸ‘€ On your own

Task: Take a clear role in a team task, do your part, and describe how you supported the team.

Steps: Work it through β€” photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

πŸš€ Take it further

Task: Hold a role in a team task, support others, and describe how you kept it on track when a problem arose.

Steps: Task first, problem second β€” show how the team recovered together.
