I Do

The Model — Beginning Delivery

Key Idea: Do your role safely, follow the plan, and record as you go.
Step 0 of 3

Do your role.

Delivery day is when the roles you agreed come to life. Do your part, and support teammates so the whole plan moves forward.

Work safely, to the plan.

Follow the plan and the safety rules: right gear, safe use of tools, and care for the people around you. Safety comes before speed.

Record as you go.

Photos, a short log of who did what, and any partner help. This record is the evidence that the project really happened.

I Do

Proving It — The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: A record of the delivery, with photos and a log, is the project’s core evidence.
Step 0 of 3

Documentarian

photo the delivery and your part in it.

Annotate

write ‘today we completed ___’.

Witness

staff sign your delivery record.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

🤝 With support

Task: Do one step of your role in delivery, then help record it with a photo, with an adult.

Steps: One step at a time — adult support is right there. A supported role fully counts.

👤 On your own

Task: Carry out your role in the delivery safely and to the plan, and record what the team did.

Steps: Work it through — photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

🚀 Take it further

Task: Deliver your role, help solve a problem that arises, and keep a clear record of progress against the plan.

Steps: Task first, problem second — show how the team kept going.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop — Your Voice on the Wall

Why: Article 12 — your part in the delivery is your voice in action.

🚪 SPACE

The Community Board tracks progress, never rankings — ‘pass’ is always allowed, and a supported role counts.

📣 VOICE

Say one thing you did today that you are proud of. Your words.

👥 AUDIENCE

Your record is yours — the board shows only the headline you choose.

⭐ INFLUENCE

What the room reports shapes how we run the rest of the delivery.
