The Model — Pitch Day

Key Idea: Say it proud: this could actually work.
Step 0 of 3

Delivering the relay pitch calmly — slow is confident, and the shape carries you.

Delivery day runs on the shape and the order: five beats, batons passed clean, slow enough to be believed. Nerves are normal — the structure is what carries nervous people.

Receiving feedback like professionals: capture it verbatim, thank them, sort it later.

Professional feedback capture is a discipline: verbatim, thanked, undefended in the room. Sorting and judging happens later, as a team, with the log in the middle.

Turning feedback into the next move — what we’d change, and whether Aut 2 makes it real.

The next move belongs to the class: the feedback plus the pre-set criteria produce a decision — trade for real, revise, or bank the learning. Whichever it is, it's decided out loud and owned.

Proving It — The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: Launch extension: one written line — the first thing we do if this goes live.
Step 0 of 3

Documentarian

record/photo the pitch + feedback log.

Annotate

'the feedback that changes us is ___'.

Witness

staff sign the pitch delivered + reviewed.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

Independent Work

Independent Work — Studio Time

Instructions: Work at your level. Any route counts: Pitch to the room, to the judges only, or on camera — a recorded pitch is a real pitch and banks the same evidence. 🤝 With support

Task: Deliver your rehearsed line in the relay — to the room, to a partner, or on camera — then choose one feedback card that rings true.

Steps: One step at a time — adult support is right there. Photo when you’re proud of it.

👤 On your own

Task: Deliver the pitch, log every piece of feedback verbatim, then agree and record the next move as a team.

Steps: Work the task through — photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

🚀 Take it further

Task: Deliver the pitch, log every piece of feedback verbatim, then agree and record the next move as a team. Stretch: field one open-floor question with a number in your answer.

Steps: Task first, stretch second — and your annotation should explain the why, not just the what.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop — Your Voice on the Wall

Why: Article 12 — your view counts here, and it genuinely changes what happens next.

🚪 SPACE

The Enterprise Wall welcomes every idea uncritically at first — filtering happens later, by tests, not by laughter. 'Pass' is always allowed.

📣 VOICE

Say the hardest question you got, and the answer you gave or owe.

👥 AUDIENCE

Guests, staff and the room all heard it — that was the real audience.

⭐ INFLUENCE

The decision made against our criteria is what decides whether Aut 2 trades for real.
