The Model — Our Idea, Our Users

Key Idea: A real idea knows exactly who it serves.
Step 0 of 3

Filtering the wall: helps someone, can be made by US, earns its costs back — three gates, no mercy.

The gates are merciless on purpose: helps someone real, can be made by us, earns its costs back. Loveable ideas that fail a gate die here so the project doesn't die in November.

Naming the users precisely: the customer who pays, the beneficiary who gains — sometimes different people.

Customer and beneficiary can be different people: the customer opens the wallet, the beneficiary gains the value. Serving both — and knowing which is which — is GROW-level thinking.

Committing as a team — the chosen idea gets everyone’s effort, including the outvoted.

The commitment ritual matters: chosen idea, everyone's signature, outvoted included. From today the idea stops being someone's and starts being ours.

Proving It — The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: Launch extension: one written line — what the runner-up idea taught us about the winner.
Step 0 of 3

Documentarian

photo the gates grid + users card.

Annotate

'our customer is ___, our beneficiary is ___'.

Witness

staff sign the idea-selection record.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

🤝 With support

Task: Vote between the final two idea cards with a stated reason, then match the customer and beneficiary cards to our idea.

Steps: One step at a time — adult support is right there. Photo when you’re proud of it.

👤 On your own

Task: Run the shortlist through the three gates, agree the class idea, and complete the users card: customer, beneficiary, USP.

Steps: Work the task through — photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

🚀 Take it further

Task: Run the shortlist through the three gates, agree the class idea, and complete the users card: customer, beneficiary, USP. Stretch: write the one-sentence USP — why us, not the shop down the road — and defend it.

Steps: Task first, stretch second — and your annotation should explain the why, not just the what.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop — Your Voice on the Wall

Why: Article 12 — your view counts here, and it genuinely changes what happens next.

🚪 SPACE

The Enterprise Wall welcomes every idea uncritically at first — filtering happens later, by tests, not by laughter. 'Pass' is always allowed.

📣 VOICE

Say who your idea serves. Name a person, not a group.

👥 AUDIENCE

The room hears the naming — precision here is what makes the pitch land later.

⭐ INFLUENCE

The idea chosen today belongs to everyone from now on, including the outvoted.
