EVIDENCE

Talk first, then we play — every voice counts here.

I Do

The Model — Spot the Gap

Key Idea: Every gap is a queue waiting for a stall.
Step 0 of 3

Where ideas come from: unmet needs, daily annoyances, things people already improvise.

Ideas hide in three places: unmet needs, daily annoyances, and things people already improvise. Nobody invents demand — they notice it.

Matching real gaps to enterprise answers — the pairing instinct.

The pairing instinct is trainable: see the cold parents, think hot drinks; see the battered planners, think covers. Gap and answer arrive as a pair or not at all.

Checking a gap is real: would they pay, how often, how much — three questions before any excitement.

The three customer questions keep excitement honest: would they pay, how often, how much. A gap that survives all three is worth a pin; one that doesn't was a daydream.

We Do

Match it up

How it works: Every card has a partner. Say which one before you tap — the tap only tells you if you were right.Found: 0/4
Cold parents waiting at pickup
Plain, battered school planners
Bored, restless lunchtimes
Plastic bottles binned daily

I Do

Proving It — The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: Launch extension: one written line — why solving an annoyance beats inventing a want.
Step 0 of 3

Documentarian

photo the gap log.

Annotate

'my strongest gap is ___ because ___'.

Witness

staff sign the market-spotting evidence.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

We Do

Match the Gap to the Evidence For It

Step 1: Tap a card, then its partner. Step 2: Watch the WAGOLL write itself. Score: 0/4
Cold parents waiting at pickup
Plain, battered school planners
Bored, restless lunchtimes
Plastic bottles binned daily
Three lunchtime incidents logged in a fortnight
Nine planners in one form already falling apart by October
14 of 20 parents said they stand in the cold at every pickup
A bin count: over forty bottles binned in one day

🤝 With support

Task: Match the gap photos to the answer cards with support, then pick the pair you believe in most.

Steps: One step at a time — adult support is right there. Photo when you’re proud of it.

👤 On your own

Task: Log four gaps from our school/community, match each to a possible answer, and test your best one with the three questions.

Steps: Work the task through — photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

🚀 Take it further

Task: Log four gaps from our school/community, match each to a possible answer, and test your best one with the three questions. Stretch: survey five real people on one gap this week — bring the numbers, not the vibes.

Steps: Task first, stretch second — and your annotation should explain the why, not just the what.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop — Your Voice on the Wall

Why: Article 12 — your view counts here, and it genuinely changes what happens next.

🚪 SPACE

The Enterprise Wall welcomes every idea uncritically at first — filtering happens later, by tests, not by laughter. 'Pass' is always allowed.

📣 VOICE

Say the gap you would fix, and the evidence you would use.

👥 AUDIENCE

The room hears the evidence — vibes get questioned kindly, and that is the point.

⭐ INFLUENCE

Gaps with evidence stay on the wall; gaps without come off. You are doing the culling.
