Success looks like

  • I can present my part of the project case for sign-off

  • I can say my first delivery task for Aut 2
Aspire Β· present the plan’s weakest point YOURSELF, with its fix β€” before the approver finds it.

EVIDENCE

Talk first, then we play β€” every voice counts here.

I Do

The Model β€” Green Light

Key Idea: A green light is earned, not given.
Step 0 of 3

Assembling the full case: need + evidence, goal, plan, roles, costs, risks, partner.

The case assembles everything the term built: the evidenced need, the tested choice, the owned plan, the honest costs, the rated risks, the partner's reply. Nothing new β€” everything organised.

Presenting it for sign-off β€” anticipating the approver’s questions.

Presenting for sign-off means thinking like the approver: their questions are safety, feasibility and worth β€” and every answer points at a document in the pack.

Banking the phase: everything filed, so Aut 2 starts with delivery, not paperwork.

Banking the phase is the quiet victory: with the pack filed and signed, Aut 2's first Wednesday starts with gloves on, not paperwork out.

Proving It β€” The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: Launch extension: one written line β€” what this community gets in December that it doesn’t have now.
Step 0 of 3

Documentarian

photo/record the presentation + the filed pack.

Annotate

'my Aut 2 first task is ___'.

Witness

staff sign the plan phase complete.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

Independent Work

Independent Work β€” Studio Time

Instructions: Work at your level. Any route counts: You can deliver your section to the room, to the approver alone, or on paper read aloud by a partner β€” the sign-off counts the same. Evidence goes in your ASDAN portfolio β€” Documentarian photo + annotation + witness tick β€” ASDAN PEQ L1 'Delivering a Project' β€” plan phase banked Β· UAS community evidence.

🀝 With support

Task: Present your role card and one plan card to the group. Hold them up, lay them on the board, or ask a partner to read them out.

Steps: One step at a time β€” adult support is right there. Photo when you’re proud of it.

πŸ‘€ On your own

Task: Deliver your section of the green-light presentation, log the feedback, and file the complete plan pack.

Steps: Work the task through β€” photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

πŸš€ Take it further

Task: Deliver your section of the green-light presentation, log the feedback, and file the complete plan pack. Stretch: present the plan’s weakest point YOURSELF, with its fix β€” before the approver finds it.

Steps: Task first, stretch second β€” and your annotation should explain the why, not just the what.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop β€” Your Voice on the Wall

Why: Article 12 β€” your view counts here, and it genuinely changes what happens next.

πŸšͺ SPACE

The Green-Light Board is real-stakes but safe β€” nothing goes up without your say-so, 'pass' is allowed, and outvoted voices stay respected.

πŸ“£ VOICE

Say what you would tell the approver if you had one sentence.

πŸ‘₯ AUDIENCE

The approver hears it for real β€” this is the audience we have been building for.

⭐ INFLUENCE
