Share the Project Journey · ready-to-print cards
Starter: Compare three showcase claims: evidenced, overstated or still uncertain. Repair the overstated claim without hiding the team’s progress.
Staff pre-stage before the 16-minute transfer
- Preselect no more than three authorised Autumn 2 artefacts per learner or team and confirm privacy and consent.
- Prepare the storyboard, cue cards and chosen accessible mode before the lesson; decide whether the outcome is a live share or labelled rehearsal.
- Schedule a maximum two-minute share plus one feedback point, with a non-public and non-recorded route available.

Card 1We completed one approved small test and recorded the result using the agreed measure.
Card 2Our second version used fewer materials in this test, but we do not yet know whether the result will repeat.
Card 3Our idea will solve waste across the whole school because the prototype worked once.
Card 4One authorised audience member said the instructions were clearer; the exact feedback and context are recorded.
Card 5The project was a complete success because our display looked professional.
Card 6We do not yet have enough evidence to claim sales, demand or wider impact.

STORYWhat need, action, result and change will the audience follow?
PROOFWhich genuine artefact or observation supports the central claim?
NEXTWhat feedback will lead to a keep, change or test decision?
Use: preserve the learner's first prediction and explanation. These cards support rehearsal; completed screen/card activity is not qualification evidence.

Share the Project Journey
Task: Prepare and deliver a short approved showcase using a chosen accessible mode: spoken walkthrough, visual demonstration, authorised recording or written display. Include need, idea, role, action, result, limitation, improvement and next step; then respond to one genuine feedback point.
◆ SupportedUse ordered cue cards and one artefact per section. A familiar adult may read prompts or scribe exact words; the learner may point, demonstrate or pre-record only where authorised.
▲ StandardSelect several relevant artefacts, explain the full project journey and justify a keep, change or test response to audience feedback.
★ Optional reachCompare two audience responses, evaluate their relevance or validity and explain whether the project learning transfers to a new user or constraint.
Staff: select one route before giving this page to the learner. Change access, not authorship.
Approved audience and sharing mode Improvement and next step Genuine feedback and response Exit sentence frameI am proud of ___ because ___ proves it; ___ remains uncertain, so next we should ___.
Evidence boundary: keep learner-owned action/decision, authentic source/task/product and learner meaning together. Record adult preparation, approval, prompts and support separately. Leave missing evidence missing; the authorised assessor/coordinator decides mapping and status.
