Nothing gets cut this week. Every measurement, every square line and every re-check now is what stops a board being wasted at the saw next week.

The order, every time
1. Find the zero (the hook). 2. Measure and say the number out loud. 3. Measure again. 4. Square the line with the try square. 5. Mark it with a sharp pencil.
If the two measurements disagree, measure a third time before you mark anything.
To find an error before the saw does, check the blueprint against itself: do the parts add up to the whole? Does each piece leave enough timber on the board it comes from?
When you find one, say how you knew β that reasoning is the evidence, not the error.

This sheet is yours for three weeks. Week 1 you start it, Week 2 you fill it from your blueprint, Week 3 you cut from it. Keep it in your folder every week.
