Kitchen hygiene and safety

How can we make our kitchen ready?

  • Today: get ready, spot a hazard and rehearse one tool skill.

Learning intention

Success criteria

  • I can show the handwashing and ready-to-work routine.
  • I can stop and ask before an unsafe action.
  • I can explain how one rule protects the team.
