Talk first, then we play β€” every voice counts here.

I Do

The Model β€” Plan the Handover

Key Idea: A handover is planned, not lucky.
Step 0 of 3

Planning a safe, calm handover / install.

A handover plan covers the sequence, the safety and the words: who carries, who speaks, who photographs β€” decided before, not discovered during.

Deciding who says and does what.

Who-does-what runs on strengths again: calm voices speak, strong pairs carry, the sharp eye documents. Same casting logic as the build.

Off-site checks under the Trips/Visits policy.

Off-site means the Trips and Visits policy runs the day: staffing, checks, the route β€” the boring paperwork that makes the exciting bit possible.

I Do

Proving It β€” The Evidence Loop

Key Idea: Launch extension: one written line β€” the thing most likely to go wrong on the day, and who is watching it.

Documentarian

photo the handover plan.

Annotate

'on the day I will ___'.

Witness

staff tick 'planned the handover', sign.

For the moderator, not just the folder

A tick says it happened. A witness statement says what you did. Before the photo is filed, the adult writes one sentence naming the thing they actually saw you do — and rings whether you did it Supported, Standard or Stretch.

That ring is the part that counts. It is the difference between “the class did this” and “this candidate did it, at this level, with this much help.” The witness sheet prints with every pack.

🀝 With support

Task: Order the handover picture steps β€” the first is placed for you β€” then tick the safety checks yourself.

Steps: One step at a time β€” adult support is right there. Photo when you’re proud of it.

πŸ‘€ On your own

Task: Plan the handover: agree the spot, the running order, and the off-site safety checks.

Steps: Work the task through β€” photo as you go, annotate at the end, witness tick before you pack up.

πŸš€ Take it further

Task: Plan the handover: agree the spot, the running order, and the off-site safety checks. Stretch: plan the handover so the PARTNER does some of the talking.

Steps: Task first, stretch second β€” and your annotation should explain the why, not just the what.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop β€” Your Voice on the Wall

Why: Article 12 β€” your view counts here, and it genuinely changes what happens next.

πŸšͺ SPACE

The Project Board is a real-stakes space β€” our partner sees it β€” but it's still safe: nothing goes up without your say-so, and 'pass' is allowed.

πŸ“£ VOICE

Say the job you want on handover day, or say you would rather watch. Both are jobs.

πŸ‘₯ AUDIENCE

Staff read this to build the running order β€” and to make sure nobody is put on the spot.

⭐ INFLUENCE

The running order on this board is the running order on the day.
