Retrieval Quiz

Arrival Task – What Do You Already Know?

1. Share (Last week)

What could your learner do by the end?

Own answer.

2. Parts (Recall)

Name Bronze's four parts.

A own practice, B arts event, C inspiration, D skill share.

3. Proud (Think)

Point at the term's proudest evidence.

Own answer.

4. Hours (Recall)

Why do we log arts hours?

Bronze needs evidenced time — the adviser audits it.

Starter

Starter: The Term Laid Flat

Key Question: Map, control sheet, log, review, study, plan, delivery photos, receipts. Lay the term flat on the table — Bronze is already there; today we prove it.

Part D Proof

Skill share

Pairs: swap folders, find one piece of your partner's evidence that made you say 'oh that's GOOD'. Say it to them.

I Do

I Do: The Bronze Reflection

Key Idea: Bronze reflection runs the three moves ACROSS the parts: the change the term made, the evidence trail that proves it, the next step Silver will need.
Step 0 of 4

The cross-part change

'In September my practice was luck; by December it's controlled, logged and TAUGHT.' The change spans A→D — point at the trail, not one page.

The trail walked aloud

Map (W1) → control sheet (W2) → challenge log (W3) → the delivery photo (W7): four fingers, four evidences, one story.

The Silver-shaped next step

'Next: leading a project, not just a session.' The step names Silver's territory — reflection with a destination.

Receipts woven in

The learner's receipt + the event review sit in the reflection as OTHER VOICES — Bronze reflection is corroborated, not solo.

We Do: Tap the Audit Station

I Do

I Do: Closing the Bronze Loop

Key Idea: Three loops close today: the learner's feedback into your teaching, the audience's into the studio, and yours into next year's Bronze.
Step 0 of 3

The teaching loop

Receipts read; one line lands in the reflection: 'Next time I teach, the jig comes out sooner.' Their feedback, your changed decision.

The studio loop

Week 4's curator lines + the share's passer-by responses → one studio change proposed and minuted. Audience → room.

The Bronze loop

Keep/change/add verdicts on the WHOLE Bronze term → the SoW review. The share format you voted, next year inherits — influence, annual and real.

We Do

We Do: Match the Part → Its Star Evidence

Step 1: Tap a card, then its partner. Step 2: Watch the WAGOLL write itself. Score: 0/6

Independent Work

Independent Work — Studio Time

Instructions: Work at your level. Evidence photos go in your Arts Award portfolio — your reflection + the audited A-D portfolio, adviser-ready (hours logged).
20:00

Supported

Task: Reflection with the frame (cross-part change / trail / next step) + audit two stations with a partner, gaps stickied.

Steps: Frame sentences · two stations checked · sticky per gap · one fixed.

Standard

Task: Full reflection (three moves + other voices woven) + all six audit stations run, every gap fixed or planned, hours tallied.

Steps: Reflection complete · audit complete · fixes done today · tally honest.

Stretch

Task: Reflection + audit + the Silver prospectus: one page mapping YOUR Bronze evidence to Silver's demands (project leadership, arts experience, unit evidence) — what carries, what's missing.

Steps: All Standard · the mapping honest · the missing named without fear · one line on the project you'd lead.

Lundy Loop

Lundy Loop — Your Voice in the Studio

Why: Article 12 — your view on this work counts, and it changes what the studio does next.

🚪 SPACE

The studio is the audit floor — six stations, folders open, the term physically walked. You route yourself.

📣 VOICE

The term testimony, recorded: the skill you're keeping, the moment it clicked, one thank-you to a name. Two minutes, yours.

👥 AUDIENCE

The adviser is the audience now — and the corridor display of learner outcomes keeps speaking to the school all month.

⭐ INFLUENCE

Keep/change/add on the Bronze term → the real SoW review. Plus the studio-change proposal, minuted to the Head. Two influences, both genuine, both annual.
