Staff: evidence and delivery

ONE Attempted allowed PER UNIT. Any Not Attempted = Below Pass. Only an adviser trained at Silver may assess; delivery is through a validated centre. These are requirements to check, not a claim that arrangements are complete.

Assessment considers art form knowledge and understanding, creativity, planning and review, communication. Organise evidence by part and give the actual file name plus page, slide or timecode. A cumulative file per part is one possible layout within the 20-file total cap; it is not a required file count.

Unit 1 and Unit 2 are evidenced separately. Unit 1C needs a real audience experience, a review and an evidenced share. Unit 1D needs practitioner contact, organisation research, education and career pathways and an own-words influence summary. EVENT_SLOT, ORG_SLOT and PRACTITIONER_SLOT remain unconfirmed until the shared record says otherwise. Unit 2 shows the pupil’s own role, real delivery, collaboration and review.

Fourteen forty-minute sessions support the award; they do not supply its whole 95-hour programme. Record actual guided and independent time. Pupils choose their own plans and reviews; adults may accurately scribe their words.

Hosted readers load the current shared SLOTS.json. Offline, choose that file in Teacher tools. Unconfirmed or unreadable data stays preparation only; it never creates a booking or completed experience.
