Staff: evidence and delivery

Bronze allows one Attempted overall. Any Not Attempted means Below Pass. Only an adviser trained at this level may assess; delivery must be through a validated centre. These are requirements to check, not a claim that arrangements are complete.

Assessment considers art form knowledge and understanding, creativity, and communication. Organise the digital portfolio by part; use file name plus page, slide or timecode. Four cumulative part files are a suggestion within the 10-file cap.

Part B uses the current EVENT_SLOT: a visit, an organisation coming in, or a live remote exchange. An online exhibition can also be the experience. Nothing is booked by this pack. Preparation alone is not an attended experience. The pupil reviews quality and creative impact, shares those views with at least one person, and records the sharing.

The pack contains 560 teaching minutes. The registered programme has 40 guided and 20 independent hours: record the real additional activity and experience time. Pupils make their own plans and reviews; staff may accurately scribe their words.

For hosted sessions, the event reader loads the current shared SLOTS.json. Offline, choose that file in Teacher tools. Unconfirmed or unreadable data stays preparation only.
